    Improve your balance, endurance, mobility and strength with your proven Step 360 method. Train your entire body by incorporating your core in every move as you go through all the Step 360 exercises.

  • Yoga-lates

    A comprehensive exercise system which successfully fuses the practices of Yoga and Pilates. It’s suitable for all ages and is a very safe and accessible method of making it making it ideal for sufferers of back pain, arthritis, and osteoporosis and is particularly beneficial for post natal women.

  • Kickboxing

    This class is for those looking for a combination of exercises while incorporating martial art techniques. Different fitness components will test participants’ endurance and power in a high-intensity workout.

  • Aerobics

    Aerobic exercise (also known as cardio) is physical exercise of relatively low intensity which builds stamina over time. Our choreography based classes provide a great cardiovascular endurance workout.

  • Abs & Legs

    If you want to tone, strengthen and condition your abs and legs, this is the class for you. We target specific areas of the body to provide maximum return of your time to strengthen and condition your legs and core.

  • Mobility & Core

    This workout includes a dynamic warm up made to help the body perform and move better, followed by a killer abdominal specific workout that will help you get a stronger core.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    This class uses a combination of strength and endurance exercises with strength training equipment in a nonstop format that creates a challenging workout. This is a great class for those looking to increase their strength while conditioning themselves to lengthen exercise times.

  • Boxing Fit

    You don’t have to be Rocky to learn simple boxing drills and routines designed to fight away calories in every punch. You’ll feel like you went 15 rounds in the ring!

  • Belly Dance

    Did you ever wonder why belly dancers are in great shape? The sexy and mysterious Middle Eastern Belly Dance is terrific exercise as it works on your mobility, coordination, and conditioning.
