Easy Stir Fry

Gather ingredients. Fresh veggies of your choice, brown rice noodles, spices and seasoning.

STEP 1: Gather ingredients. Fresh veggies of your choice – I use mushrooms, broccoli slaw, yellow onion, cauliflower, fresh garlic and spinach – plus brown rice noodles, spices and seasoning, and a pre-made stir fry sauce.

Step 2: Cook the noodles according to directions on package. *Helpful Hint….do not break up noodles, they will go everywhere!  Just drop straight into pot.

Step 3: Sauté the veggies (in olive oil) while the noodles are cooking.
